The franchiser, [Name of the franchiser], and the franchisee, [Name of the franchisee], as set forth in their franchise agreement on [Date of the agreement] and as witnessed by [Name of the witness], have agreed to the following additional terms and conditions:
Franchiser reserves the right to announce special promotional schemes at various times to promote all franchises to the benefit of each franchisee and its franchise. These franchiser sponsored promotions may include discounted prices, gift with purchase, discounted purchase with purchase, two for one deals and so on. The franchisee agree to participate in such promotions an will be given sufficient amount of time for preparation considering the expense of such promotion is within reason to the franchisee.
